Bio
I opened no limit gym - CrossFit go hard in 2010 with a small spot in northeast philly about 1700 sq. ft and within a year and half we grew up to 4,500 sq ft. I was always told in every sport I played, the harder you work off the court or the field the easier the games will be and that's what kept me moving all throughout high school and college. I wasn't always the most talented player but my hard work and dedication showed when I got my time to shin. When I finished up school, I wasn't sure if I really wanted to become a teacher. But suffering a career ending injury (spiral fracture of my left humorous) I was rehabbing my arm and was told I'd never get my arm into full extension ever again. I know they have to tell you that it's a possibility you never do something but it wasn't in my DNA. I soon became interested in helping others feel better but didn't want to be physical therapist. So I went back to school and decided to become an athletic trainer. Just like most people I started at a globo gym and after getting my feet wet I moved on to opening my own spot. I'm very proud of my individual success and it's great but it doesn't pay my bills. Being a great leader, coach and friend is what helps me be successful. When I see my athletes push past their limits for an extra rep or to set a new PR, it makes me want to work that much harder as well. Without my gym and our family members I wouldn't be writing this bio as a sponsored fitaid athlete.

How I Train
I program myself not because I don't want a coach but I know what I need to do and how to do it. Unless you have the coach there watching it's tough to know what exactly what they want. Plus I enjoy working out with my gym. I never want to come off like I'm above anyone because I have my own program. I may do extra work when needed but I do every workout I post on our website.

Monday - Wednesday - Friday two-a-days
AM: endurance work (short-medium-long)
PM: strength + skill + met-con (1 or 2)

Tuesday
Strength (some form of squats)
Skill (gymnastics)v Met-con

Thursdays
Rest day
I literally do nothing on my rest days expect coach

Saturday
Strength find a max for the day. Anywhere from 1 rep to 20 rep max

Met-con 1-2

Strongman work with yokes, stones, farmers, logs

Sundays are off days

Nutrition:I'm simple when it comes to food. I eat a lot and often. I don't count calories or count my macros. I know what works for me and I know when my tank is on empty because lack of food. I always have three bigger meals and 3-4 smaller ones throughout the day. After each workout I'll have a FITAID and a protein shake
Sleep: always aim for 8 hours a night sometimes it falls to 7.
