The main challenge for the LIFEAID team was creating tasty formulas without using harmful artificial sweeteners like sucralose and aspartame, which are known to have health risks.
LIFEAID products do include natural zero-calorie stevia in their sweetener blend, but to improve the taste, it is mixed with raw organic blue agave.
With this blend, we found the perfect balance of low calories and low glycemic impact. Additionally, the organic blue agave offers an energy source without causing sudden spikes in blood sugar levels like high fructose corn syrup does.
Moreover, our brains require carbohydrates for optimal functioning. We consider the 9 grams of carbs from the agave as a reasonable compromise to ensure that our customers genuinely enjoy our products instead of having to force them down.

Dr. Aaron Hinde is a co-founder of LIFEAID Beverage Co. and a licensed sports and wellness chiropractor. He spent years treating and giving nutritional advice to some of the top athletes throughout California prior to co-founding LIFEAID. He helped develop all of our products as a team effort with our beverage scientists and a bio-chemist based on the needs of each lifestyle our products are tailored for.
Quality of agave can vary significantly. Typically cultivated in Mexican deserts, raw agave undergoes minimal processing at temperatures similar to its natural climate, around 46 degrees Celsius.
However, some agave is processed at higher temperatures and may contain cheaper additives, like high fructose corn syrup. Rest assured, we use only the highest quality, certified raw and organic agave sourced from the leading agave supplier globally.
A good post-workout drink has electrolytes like sodium, calcium, and potassium. But there are other important minerals too.
FITAID has no sodium because most Adults already have enough. It gives you the necessary electrolytes without extra salt. These electrolytes, like magnesium, potassium, and calcium, help with nerve and muscle function, hydration, and tissue repair.
The Paleo diet emphasizes consuming minimally processed food and drink. FitAid aligns with this principle as it is sweetened with raw organic blue agave, processed at a temperature similar to its natural environment in Mexican deserts.
Agave has a low glycemic index, making it suitable for individuals with blood sugar concerns. Furthermore, many of our product's supplements, like Omega-3 EFAs, Vitamin D, and natural Vitamin E, are compatible with the Paleo diet as they are natural rather than synthetic.
We advise consulting your doctor first, but our product is sweetened with low-glycemic index raw organic blue agave, unlike other frequently used sweeteners.

We firmly believe that informed consumers are growing tired of spending $3 on a bottle of water or even more on drinks that contain only minimal amounts of vitamins and supplements added as a marketing trick.
In fact, when you consider the volume, FITAID is relatively cheaper compared to the sugary sports drinks that are often sold for nearly the same price as our innovative formula. We don't assert that we are superior to our rivals.

Please send a request team@lifeaidbevco.co.nz and we will complete this ASAP. Please be aware that we can also change the frequency of your orders to bi-monthly, if you prefer. Please note that if the package has already shipped we cannot cancel/refund the order.
To access wholesale options, click on the "Wholesale Menu" button in the main menu. After logging in, you can easily update your address, credit card details, delivery frequency, and even choose a different product for your next shipment.
Orders

We strive for a 24 hour turnaround, but please allow for 48 hours for our warehouse to prepare your package for shipment. We do not process over the weekend. You will receive an email with your FedEx tracking number as soon as your package ships. Check your spam folder if it's been 48 hours since your order :) Packages generally arrive within 2-5 business days of shipping.
Please visit the my account page to edit your payment info. You can delete old cards and add new ones in that screen.
Please call us ASAP if this happens 027 300 6680 and we may be able to prevent the order from shipping. Our website sends your order directly to our shipping warehouse shortly after you complete it so there is the chance that the order will ship out before we can catch it.
If you did not get a confirmation page at check out please visit your my account page on our site and there you will see any orders recently placed.
Shipping & Returns
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
We email your tracking numbers to you at the email address you provided at the time of ordering.
We strive to ship within 48 hours of your order being placed. Keep in mind that if your order is placed on a Friday afternoon it may not ship until Monday as we do not ship on weekends at this time.
If 48 hours has passed and you do not see tracking info please check your spam folder and most likely the email with your tracking numbers is in there.
If you need to change your address please log into the my account page and edit your address :). Please note that once a package has shipped we cannot alter the address.
We sometimes need to split shipments between our various warehouses. You will get tracking numbers emailed to you for each shipment. If one of your items is back ordered then you should have received an email within a few hours of initially placing the order advising of this.
Please check your spam folder since we have a tracking link in there some email systems mark as spam. If your entire order has shipped and the packing list in the box says there is an item that is not there please email team@lifeaidbevco.co.nz so we can look into the issue.
Please review contents of order immediately after receiving. If there are any issues/damage(s) to item(s) in your order when received, please be sure to bring it to our attention within 3 days of receiving so we can resolve the issue for you.

Simple. We offer a 30-day store credit guarantee for any unused product.
All beverage returns for refunds will be required a 20% restocking fee of merchandise costs.
Returnable items must be received by us within 30 days from the date your order was delivered.
Returned items must be in their original packaging and in perfect condition. This means if merchandise was originally in sealed packaging, it’s expected to be returned in the same way. Your items will need to be in their original condition, with tags attached, unworn/unwashed, and unstained. Unsealed/used items are not resell able, and therefore, not accepted for refunds if returned.
No refunds will be offered for orders past 30 days.
Buyers will be responsible for shipping back to us for refunds. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Our return policy below
- Items can be returned back to us for store credit or exchanged for items of same or less value.
- Your items will need to be in their original condition, with tags attached, unworn/unwashed, and unstained.
- You can post your return back within 30 days of receiving your items.
- You will need to cover the cost of return postage.
- Items exchanged will be shipped free to you of shipping.
Here’s what you need to know:
- Have a tracking number for your return via your chosen delivery service and see when it reaches our warehouse. This usually takes a few days.
- Once your return has reached our warehouse, allow up to 5 business days for us to process your return and issue your store credit or exchange.
- We will then send you a confirmation email when we have applied your store credit to your LIFEAID Bev Co account. Yay!
All returned merchandise that is opened or not in original packaging will be discarded. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for such merchandise. Please include email address, first and last name as well as order number on a note in the package.
If your package arrived damaged please take pictures of the outside of the box & any unusable cans. Send your pictures to team@lifeaidbevco.co.nz advising that you have received damaged goods. Once the email is received one of our top notch customer support team members will respond & get you taken care of.
If the courier driver is still there and you are able to refuse the package please do so as they are not supposed to deliver damaged packages to you.
